So I get on live chat to see if anything can be done...only to be told that TSTO is not handled by live chat anymore. He then says it is impossible to do what I'm asking here. So I ask what should I do now? And as he is typing a response...BOOM...My power goes out. I couldn't make this up if I tried. And since there's no power...there's no wifi for my ipad so I never got an answer of what to do for my refund. My power is still out and I'm currently siphoning Targets free wifi. I'm assuming that I should just email them with my problem, but with what I've heard about EA's customer service I am also assuming that I won't get a response for a few weeks and Halloween is right around the corner.

If you thought I was mad before you should see me now.

First of all, let me just thank everyone for all your help and letting me vent a little bit :) Also really want to thank those who sent me PM, they were amazing. Oh and sorry to my friends and neighbors....I was basically boycotting my Springfield for the last few days because I was so frustrated. I'm back now though! Lol

So after my last update, (me finally talking to someone by live chat, lost power, etc) I tried requesting a call back after seeing someone's suggestion in the forum. After explaining my problem to them about 3 times they ask "so this is about FIFA?"....me...."what? No the Simpsons, the simpsons tapped out!" So after going back and forth they finally say that I need to be transferred to another department. They tell me that I need to hang up before I can be transferred and that someone will call me right back. Yeah..should have never fell for that. I waited all day Saturday for that phone call. So Sunday hits and I decide to try Live Chat again since my phone call was a disaster (this is around noon btw). The wait time is 140 minutes...which sucks but what else can I do. Almost 3 hours later I am connected to someone and I yet again explain my problem. Well...they never responded after the "my name is so and so...how can I help you?" I wait another 35 minutes for them to respond to my hellos and are you still there....and nothing. So I again have to wait another 3 hours to talk to someone...when it freezes at "your wait time is 5-10 minutes." I waited another hour and no change. So I give up. I tried until almost 9 that night...so 9 hours was how long I waited for live chat. And it didn't even work. Today (Monday), I decide to again request a call back and I FINALLY am talking to someone who understands TSTO. Even so they tell me they can't help me because I have no proof that it was my nephew who purchased this item. I start begging and pleading and explain the item is still in my inventory and that it would be real easy to take it out and refund me my 200 donuts....and they do. YAY!!! This is a one time deal (so they make very clear to me) and I agree that I will never ask again...because I don't think I could handle it lol.

That's my story lol. I have never been more frustrated and wanted to just say forget it so many times...but I was determined to get those donuts back for Halloween. So I just wanted to let you all know what happened...in case anyone was wondering lol :)
