I Have Achieved (TSTO) Financial Independence

I've played "TSTO" for five years and had never broken past the $200 million cash level until recently. Whenever I got that high, I'd run low on donuts so I'd spend most of the cash on rat trap trucks.

My donut reserve topped out around 2500 and would dwindle... until around the same time I got back up to $200 million cash and then could get more RTT donuts.

Thanks to the glitch with the She-She Lounge, this is all a thing of the past. I built my cash up to about $1.3 billion and wound up around 6000 donuts.

I've used the donuts to get my multiplier up to 1000% and I now use donuts to buy anything that comes along.

I got crap like the pier performers via the Vault because - why not? Donuts are irrelevant. I have 6000 and if they go low, I can use my $1 billion+ in cash to get more.

It's a weird feeling. I spent 5 years scraping for every donut I could get and carefully judging every potential purchase, but now I find myself able to buy everything!

It isn't a glitch and has been all over the forum for a couple years. EA did try to make it more difficult when it first came out but changed it back. The game gives out more free donuts now than in the past. That is why the prices of premium items went up.
Here is a guide to how to donut farm.

The big glitch that didn't last long was when post-level 939 "bonus donuts" were earned for 10,000 XP - or was it 50,000?

Can't recall, but it was much lower than the 1 million EA intended. The glitch didn't last long - and it created probably the longest-lasting crash in "TSTO" history!
  • Hey all,
I recently nuked and am at 4799% down from my high of 5152.66%. Maxed out the IGC 4.29B on May 1st 2018. Only have 3571 bonuts right now. I think I have about 90-100 characters in storage because of the nuke.

Once the bonus is high enough, at some point grinding stops. Cash just flows in and you will max cash out. Buying RTT gets all the bonuts you need. Cash always replenishes itself in a day. I don't even like to buy RTT because it is so boring collecting and choosing the boxes. Each event, I spend about 500-1000 bonuts on stuff. In that event time, the donuts will come back or I can speed it up with RTT.

Now I grind for free items like free bonsai, mini nuclear warheads, pride crosswalks, tress, gold, fields, railroad parts. Anything that takes time.

the longest "crash" was the one when it was removed from store lol

For reasons I don't recall, I didn't go whole hog on that "donuts for hardly any XP" glitch like I should've. By the time I decided to indulge, it was impossible to get into the game - IIRC, I couldn't access the game for like 18 hours!

I still regret not "ground flooring" that glitch when I could!

As I recall, when the fast level-up glitch happened, there seemed to be an associated glitch where some people got locked out while leveling up. I think there was a general unease about the whole thing so, while some took advantage, others were cautious and waited until the XP per level changed.

Impressive @mchannyc but you're using "bonut" wrong

Theyre not the only one here, not by a long shot. Some use the words donut and bonut interchangeably

I know bonuts isn't actually a cromulant word @daved7637397 but you gotta know "I spent x bonuts" is just silly :smirk:
