Achievements not unlocking? (PS5)

I’ve completed all the faction storylines and im still missing 4/6 of the achievements. Only one completed at the actual end of the storyline and  the other popped at random. I’m not sure what to do. Is there a guide of there that shows me something beyond “complete this quest” or is this a genuine glitch?

I’ve been getting the achievements otherwise, so i hope this is just me.
