I'm wondering if that's the problem, because my #3 game didn't get the Road to Riches stuff even though I already have Cecil. Very little cash in my #3 game - it all goes to new buildings, more land, and KEM farming.

I don't think so. My current theory is you need a certain amount of in game cash, possibly $1m before it will start.

It's game cash. You need to have a minimum of 1 million.

How do u start the quest I have Cecil I put out my town hall and even went to krustyland and back
