I have no cecil.

It's pretty similar to the Giant Tree or Mr Burns' Money Pile.

He should have extra tasks that have green text on the right side. Each COSTS you that much money to complete (eg. 1hr task reduces your cash by $1m).

When you've spent enough, you get a prize. You can see your progress in the "daily tasks" window in the top-right corner. There should be a new green icon for Cecil's progress.

How much cash do you have? Chances are, if you don't have enough, his tasks won't appear (or will be at the bottom marked as "locked").

• 1hr = $1m
  
• 4hrs = $5m
  
• 8hrs = $10m
  

Remember, you're spending that money to do the task, so you need to have sufficient cash saved up first.

I have like 7 milllion cash

My #2 town triggered it and I only have around 3.5 million.

How do I trigger the quest "Road to Riches"? I have Cecil and have more than enough money to do this task but it hasn't been triggered, can anyone help?
