I only have 4 townsfolk that can "play"
We get more skins as prizes I think - take a look at LPN's walkthroughs as they usually tell you which ones. There'll probably be more premium skins too though.

Ive been to krustyland and still none showing. Does the quest need to be at a certain stage?
You need to have 4 players that are active (not recharging) and the neighbour needs to have a flag showing on their field in order for you to play them :)
