Here was my method and where I am at currently. I've played this game and was around level 60 when I started playing again. So I really took over gaming with this since thanksgiving 2016. I paid for donuts when I played because I did not want to clutter my town with a vast amount of the same thing. I have a good amount of buildings already from all the time playing. At around 500% I decided to spend $100 soley for mystery boxes. It boosted me about 300% and now I'm getting close to 900% the only clutter in my town is out in the corner of my town with the billboards and vans. I plan to eventually remove them and fill it's place with a unique premium decoration. Maybe when I hit 1000% I will do that. I get 15 donuts every 4 hrs.
My suggestion is with your multiplier that high you could cut out some excess. You won't be making what you were but you can free the clutter. By the sound of it you have no issue with donuts currently anyways. That's what I'd do with the mutiplier that high. Just start removing excess and see how much it's affecting your donut ratio. Then whatever you can deal with, go with that.
