My main account isn't banned. It's suspended for 30 days (probably 26-27 by now). Then I threatened to file a complaint as someone here was giving out personal information of mine against ToU so they said they'd request he be banned. Then I just started making tons of accounts. Some of my topics got deleted but others are still on the first few pages.
