Well yes this is true, but it seems like no one is getting anywhere. I mean, I could politely ask and then when people tell me that there is nothing I can do but wait, I can only wait so long. I truly feel like I was taken for $150 and its not right.
I have done some research and this is the person we need to contact. I know it says she works at THQ but maybe she can point us in the direction of the right community marketing manager. If anyone has Linkden or Facebook please contact her as I have niether.

Or you can just wait, hoping things will get "fixed". I would rather do something about it and not get taken advantage of.
