Ok smart guy, how are you going to tell me that you seriously doubt that they told me that when THAT IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME? You must be very sure of yourself there. If you we're smart and read the TERM AND CONDITIONS, you will see that there is only a 60 window to get a refund. After that, YOU MUST CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT MADE THE GAME. As far as my attitude, it's none of your business how I am acting unless you work for EA. So back up off of my nuts and stop trying to correct me and try to make it seem like I am lying about what the lady at the iTunes support told me on the phone. Bottom line is that I spent a good amount of money on this game and when this problem started I was told that I had to wait for the update to get access to my Simpsons town and I waited. Thanksgiving update came and I still can't access my town. I was willing to wait just so I can play but now I'm tired of the hassle I have to go through just tomplaybthis game that really isn't that fun anyway.

I'm not trying to be a tough guy I just want my money back. obviously you have nothing smart to say so why even say anything?

Contact them through the link I provided. The phone is a waste of time. There are several people here including myself who have had refunds by apple using the link I provided. And I have had a large amount refunded as well.So quit acting like a child and get your thing resolved.

You should start an Occupy EA movement, I think there are enough disgruntled users for that to gain traction.

Seriously though I would be pissed, I would continue to work through Apple, that customer service is far better than EA's.

That sucks that you invested that much money and can't play it. I would be pissed off too.

That being said, when you come in here and hard core rant, you you know others are just going to egg you on.
I'll give it to you that you caught a lot of people's attention, but if a mod sees you saying that stuff he will probably just delete your message or possibly ban you. :(

I also know EA support will get you nowhere. I emailed them about how when my game was lagging and when I tapped/swiped to scroll it ended it using 30 donuts without me being able to cancel it out.

OBVIOUSLY resetting my iPod is not going to make 30 donuts magically appear.
:shock: *SIGH* :shock: this is the customer support you will be dealing with.

My advice is to keep bugging Apple. It's your only chance.
