Ice Palace or Ski Lift?

Bought the ski lift because skin. Plus the ice palace would only look good i KL. And nobody ever visits KL. Does anyone know what the ski lift will look like when the snow is removed?

It would be cool if it turned into a golf course underneath.

Hmm....I went ahead and bought the Ice Palace assuming it would probably stay all year but the first thing Martin says is "Even though it's premium it will probably melt when spring comes". :( Better not!

Is the 4% multiplier for the ski lift confirmed?

Just looking for verification of the 4% multiplier on the Ski Lift before I buy it. I don't see it listed on any of the sites but it was mentioned earlier in this thread. Can someone who has bought the Ski Lift confirm this?

I believe if you tap the little "i" on the Ski Lift box in the store it says this.

Definitely Ski lift. Its always animated, and has a 4% multiplier. And comes with a skin. Great!
