The "1200 Hats Bonus" needs to be done within 24hrs of you starting the first task, not 24hrs of when it first unlocks for players to do.
You just need to work out when you'll best able to get in consecutive tasks for CBG.
Personally, the Daily Tasks unlock at 6pm local time for me.
I'll do #1 at 7pm, #2 at 11pm (to happen whilst asleep), #3 first thing in the morning (eg. 7am), and #4 at 11am. Will be finished by 3pm with a further 4hrs leeway.
