This has been my TSTO dream for years. Dirt, sand, cactus....fingers crossed.

maybe more craftable desert pieces to be added in act 2 & 3?

even its just begun, this casino event had already overtake superhero 2015 and become my fav event.

cant wait to see everyones vegas, merging with those fancy SH items, river, & etc. :P

I hope it's a Krustyland-like expansion. You know, I speculated about this very thing earlier today:

I hope its just a new badlands tile, like the cement and water with desert locales. There can be plenty of new and returning items. I've been waiting for that cactus patch from the Sideshow Bob event to return.

I want to turn my Springfield heights into the Springfield Badlands.

Pretty cool if this happens. I just started playing last year and it seems like everything I want to see in the game keeps coming. My heart goes out to all the veteran players that went so long without an area select tool! But then again they have a bunch of cool stuff I don't.
