I had a little farm of houses to get the game going and build up cash to buy all my trees and things while still having the cash to get all the buildings when they came up. I have since dismantled it, selling off 20 or so houses. So, here's one person who ditched her "security blanket".
I did, however, choose to keep a small row of houses near the prison as a matter of design. I think of them as halfway houses or "projects" and I like them there. I have sidewalks and they are somewhat spaced out. I wouldn't call it a farm, just an unsavory part of my Springfield. If we ever get the option to build train tracks, I will move the halfway houses to the wrong side. :wink:
They also give me something to tap on since I check in more frequently than I should...
