IRS drone
From what I've observed of it, it just flies around the town so its an NPC for now. They may add tasks or animation for it at a later date.

Does she have her IRS building out in her town? I read that if its in storage, the drone doesn't show up, but that might not be correct.
My IRS building was stored and I had to get it out of storage and re sync the game for the drone to appear, can't remember what section of the store it was in but it didn't show up in the 'new' section for me.
It's under the 'Characters' section of the store.
