IRS job manager strategy

Nobody else have my issue??

I cant send all my characters on 24h, 12h, 8h jobs.

I m not gonna send them all on 1h jobs or 4h jobs...

We still need the 10h, 16h, 20h jobs to.

So in my eyes its kinda pointless if you still have to send half characters yourself on those jobs...
