I have a lot of Stonecutters and would prefer they go on their tasks in those skins - cos they payout more.

I've been doing some checking out and if your characters are in their premium skin then you get a premium payment for them. If not you only get the basic payout. So it looks like we need to go through all the characters at least once to put them all in premium skins before using the jobs manager.
