IRS upgrade cost

Glad i can deactivate it by storing. It is great in krustyland but i like to leave my buildings tappable for my neighbors

Why worry? Your neighbors will always find something tappable in your town, even if you just clear everything. Some buildings regenerate pretty fast, eg Homer house, brown house etc.

I reckon it's important to fulfill your own need for cash & XP first (unless you already have tons of unused cash), before you start worrying your neighbor's need for cash & XP.
