It takes a long time to do anything, since you get a very small amount of tickets for each task.

Just try to make the quests and visit everytime you are in SF because you save up tickets then when the time comes you have nothing to do in SF you allready have tickets to buils out your KL. It did not do that so my guys spend hours, weeks, months to do 24h tasks to get tickets to buy all rides and land.
So if you hit everytime you play KL its better :P
