Is Kodos a premium character or not?

He's an indirect premium character.

Both kang and kodos are both premium

I'm not planning on buying the ray gun. Is Kodos going to keep flying over my SF until I get so mad I throw my phone out of the window?

Of course he is a premium character. You have to pay onefiddy for him.

Although free, Kang is still premium... meaning he has premium pay-out!

Hey that sounds bogus. I bought a ray gun this year so I have kang and kodos so you would think neither of them could crash in to next Halloween. But I might hide it in my inventory next year just in case.

Check your inventory, I have 3 Ray Guns, 2 Crash Sites and 1 unharmed one. I did notice Frink did not provide a bubble stating a new one was in the inventory. I checked the inventory for other reasons and saw a fresh one there.

I think you can store Kang's Crash site. He seems to be assigned to the Victorian UFO now so you don't to have 2 crash sites. When I clicked on the store option, it didn't mention storing Kang (the one for Kodos does state Kodos will be stored).
