Is Kodos a premium character or not?

Just checked: Kang & Kodos both have a premium pay out in my town, but I got the ray gun last year. Some one who got it this year has to confirm, if not allready.

Hey that sounds bogus. I bought a ray gun this year so I have kang and kodos so you would think neither of them could crash in to next Halloween. But I might hide it in my inventory next year just in case.

I got it this year, and both Kang's and Kodos' tasks pay out premium! I hadn't even noticed that until now. :)

any quick way of getting the ufo down. like since its halloween ... tipping a donut truck over, and taking em ? i only have 1 donut and it is ridiculous to expect someone of a very limited budget to ever spend any cash for donuts.
i think i saw something at bottom of screen once but it went by too fast. was that a ufo shadow ?
