Is the Halloween update destined to be a huge disappointment?

I just have a feeling they're going to blow it big time and I'm going to be letdown as usual. They never brought back the Duff Racer either which was stupid of EA considering they could just sell it for donuts. Obviously they're not very business savvy or they would have brought it back in September.

But most of all, if Kang doesn't return I may just stop playing completely. He was in the game files with Kodos for the season finale episode, but the episode was postponed to this upcoming season. They better actually put them into the game now.
