Is the Halloween update destined to be a huge disappointment?

To be honest, this whole month was a write off. First we have people who want to socialize vs. people who just want to talk about the game. Then we have this.
It can't really be helped though. Everybody has an opinion, and EA can only do so much to please everybody. But we have OT back and the Halloween updates are not going to change at this point. Despite what we all think, right now, these arguments are futile. No matter what anybody says, no matter how sound their reasoning is, no matter how badly they want people to see things from their point of view, it is futile. It just doesn't matter.
