Is the Halloween update destined to be a huge disappointment?

I always suspected you were the Mayan god.

IF old items were rereleased along with a TON of new content, how would that affect players who already have these items in any way, shape, or form?

It could affect your Springfield since the items have updated code, which could (as in possibly, possibly not) glitch your game, lock you out, reset your town, (insert new bug name here), etc.

Again, it could be completely harmless, but with the track record of bugs and updates, something is bound to happen.

I'm not against re-releasing content, as I keep pointing out, I wish there was no such thing as "limited time" items and every update should be permanent to the game (except the seasonal stuff - meaning the limited 'currency' obtaining parts). All the tie-ins should be always available in the store. Items from the seasonal events should be purchasable with donuts after the seasonal event ends (especially characters, skins, buildings). Decor should never disappear as it can help us create themed areas.
  • I just hope I get the stupid Krusty doll.

    Krusty say die!

I missed some limited items that I wish I hadn't but it's my fault that I missed them.

But that's the point you Apple drones keep ignoring. The majority of the mobile market was never offered these items.
  • I am pondering what is going to happen to the premium currency generators from last Halloween? Well they generate this year's currency or not? If they do it's the advantage that rewards people for playing longer but it would make the challenge easier. If they don't is it a wast but the challenge will be harder. I'm android so I'm not affected but I am curious :)
