Is the Mr. Sparkle billboard worth it?

Why wouldn't you want Mr Sparkle?! He say, he banish dirt to the land of wind and ghosts.

Mine's gonna go beside my main road out of town, with the police car conveniently parked behind it... :P

I like how you've placed it, and I LOVE the Mr. Sparkle episode and character, but 30 donuts is just too much for me to pay for a purely decorative item. Especially with Valentine's Day coming up; I need to save my donuts for whatever may be on offer then.

Now, if it came with a Mr. Sparkle skin for Homer, that'd be a different story.

I started playing in Oct 2013 so i missed out on a lot of limited time buildings that contribute to the consumerism rating.

ya when i was trying to figure out where to put it i was saying to myself, wish i could put it on top of a building lol. at first i had it "on top" of swanky fish but then moved it to the mall.
