No this isn't Easter. But like Easter I believe it is highly unlikely to be a completionist (unless one's wallet is opened up). I think that is what is bugging people, we want to obtain everything and have grown accustomed to being able to do so in the other events with some effort. It seems that we will have to pick and choose which items we craft. At least the Act prizes are obtainable.
