Is U.B.O. a skin for burns ?

thanks guys :mrgreen: i was kinda hoping it would be a seperate character, but it does make sense for it to be a skin for burns... :lol:

At least Hugo is a different character. There was speculation before he was announced that would just be a Bart skin. Makes sense as they were separate characters, but UBO was Burns so it makes sense.

I was hoping for the same. It's a shame we didn't get Mulder & Scully as well.

Question for my neighbors .. I see some of you have enough strands for UBO but can't see anything UBO-like in your towns... I'd love to see what he looks like. Any particular place I should be looking or is he like Maude hen she haunts Springfield, or ???

Thank you! I really didn't care if I got it until I just saw that. (Want. Want. Want.) But I'm very well situated to get it in the towns, so I'm glad about that. :)

It would have been nice if those two were the last prize. New characters instead of a skin, would make the grind more rewarding.
