Is UBO Worth it?

It's from my favorite episode ever so it was worth it for me. Some of his tasks (read most of his very few tasks) are inside but 'Bring you Love' is my favorite. He's just wandering around town cluelessly giving love and I love it.

I don't know that I'd care for it if it wasn't my favorite episode though.

EDIT: Factor in that it's a skin for Mr Burns and not a separate character.

    Must have item imo...
    First place I just saw UBO was the neighboreeno
    in 100th place on my leader board w/score of 30 :!: :roll:
    ...guess they may have just spent the donuts :twisted:

    Well I have been 96th in my board till 2 days ago, when I released in a single night all the 480 gremaliens I had hoarded since phase 1. Now I'm 16th.
