It will change back. Not the first event where the LZ has been repositioned. I'm cool with it. There is a thread about the LZ change. Most of us seem to be pretty cool with it. Just be patient :)

As far as i know it will revert back after the current quest is finished

I know it will go back at the end of the event. I just thought the timing was humorous.

Well it could be worse...it could be an entirely new piece of land that requires hours or redecorating on top of moving to your new landing zone :mrgreen:

i dont pay attention to the landing zone for that reason, i make my town like a sti then clean it up and make it nice, if landing zone not the nicest place when done designing oh well and its neighbors loss if they dont explore just becuase the landing zone isent a uniform park or something.

I'm not a big fan of them moving the landing zone for events. Most players just place "it" (this case HQ) on the outskirts of their town and incorporate into their towns after the event is over. Usually there are more things to tap in the center of someones town and less the farther you go away.

I've got a lot of neighbors who new landing zone is on the latest strip of land that was released. Not a big deal, just a small annoyance :D

I feel sorry for the people who moved their rarely animated buildings nears it but hopefully you didn't get too far along in redecorating around them....any way to move them again?

Just words in hedges for me. Nothing flash and nothing really moved around. A lot of animated buildings were coincidentally close to my landing zone, normal one.
Yes I agree, would be very frustrating for them.
I like my HQ area, otherwise I would have just moved it onto my landing zone.
