Itchy & Scratchy store task frozen, stuck on Squidport Pt. 5
Put the Itchy & Scratchy store in inventory and pull it back out. My questline stalled here too.

Not sure about the scratchr.
The Itchy and Scratchy store, you need to put it in inventory, then put it back, that will fix it for you. It's a known bug.
