If you didn't horn Itchy and Scratchy Mascot, both (only bought 1) you can't get the bundle, thus missing on one of them now...

I think it’s definitely doable. The developers would have to determine what in concrete terms demarks the KL boundaries. (In the case of Squidport this is obviously pretty straightforward.)
