I've seen some high GOO totals, but this is ridiculous...

How did you notice? Has it been suddenly that high? You visited.him not too long ago. I would assume 10h earlier he had a similar high amount? I more or less know where my neighbors are, someone so high would hav caughy my attention way earlier. If it suddenly came up you know he cheated (even the glitch doesnt sound plausible to me)
