The Railyard is getting ridiculous

I've had mostly glass projects in the past 22 hours.

Finally this evening I got metal under 200 so I could fill it again.

I'm still annoyed that I wasted the "first hour" of my Rail Yard this week.

I was up later than I expected last night so when the Railyard reset for the week I decided to go ahead and run the available projects, then get everybody set on churning out more supplies... Oh, and I've come to the conclusion that it's barely worthwhile to send characters to the Casino to earn Chips rather than using them for the Railyard.

I'm running 3 games: 2 real games (level 59, premium) and a testing game (Yes! You CAN get the Where's Maggie game if you didn't get it in January!)

In my real games I have 2 extra characters to send to the Casino - Paris and Rich Texan. Both games stay just barely above the Chip numbers of the level 31 testing game. I have had to spin the slot machine a few more times in the testing game, but I still have 333 tokens saved for Act 3.

5 characters at the Casino for 4 hours earns 550 Chips and 5 tokens. I can get 550 chips in less than a minute at the slots. Usually more. And I get SO MANY tokens from Gamblers.

Meanwhile I'm racking up donuts, too.

I'm having the same experience as jordomac this week. Nothing but metal for all three railyard tasks, all day yesterday and all day so far today. Fortunately I have Brandine and Jesse, so I'm able to keep the pair of them with Hippie Guy and Burns on metal, but it looks like this might be the first week ever that I don't manage the 5 donuts. Getting so many bonus donuts from the casino that it doesn't seem worth taking characters off casino tasks to make metal.

Also, what's the score with this?

774 blueprints for 60 metal, or just 762 blueprints for 60 metal *plus* 750 trash??

I've been able to never take Burns' Casino characters over to metal production during event by only choosing the smallest blueprint option every time. The more chances to spend have resulted in the least downtime of plastic & glass producers. Of course u should know I'm a grinder. I got pushed the furthest last week, not completing until Friday. But it's raining bonuts!

Mostly metal for me too last week and only finished on Sunday. This week has started the same boooooooo :evil:

Most of mine have been metal, but I'm managing.

had all metal to start, so I shifted the casino metal workers back to the junkyard... once I did that, I started getting nothing but plastic :lol:

@*&! I forgot the rail yard yesterday :( will have to try and catch up.
