- She was kind enough to do this in the other forum, received quite a bit of backlash from a number of users, people not asking to be graded. She even responded to the posts there, so she saw the backlash, but obviously has decided it means nothing and wants to troll this board to try to get people to respond in the same. If I were anyone I would ignore her grades and get on. Someone seems to like drama, enjoy
- I know this is just your opinion, but you really don't want to get people upset if their grade was low.
- Ooh! Me! Me! I'll add you :-)
- I don't want to be graded as I've still got a ton to do. I just want to see some amazing towns. Almost all of my friends have put little to no effort into their town planning and layout.
- There are much better ways to do something like this, if you want to be inclusive and keep people from getting upset; let people vote on judges, establish and post the criteria/grading system, allow people to submit their towns on their own so people are not upset (based on my assumption from reading other posts that many did not ask to be graded.) Keep grades private and let people post themselves if they want to.
Apologies if any of this was done and I'm unaware of it, just going by what I see in this thread. - I have a much simpler system but I keep it to myself it is pass/fail
if you pass I think your town is interesting so you stay if you fail I find your town ugly or boring and you get deleted
But I seldom delete a low level player because it takes time to develop style - I'm curious for my town to be graded.
I so wish I knew how to make a town panoramic pic to post in this forum, but at the minute the ability eludes me... gocatters wrote:

There's some kind of app that let's you stitch together screenshots. I haven't bit the bullet and done it yet either.sherryt07 wrote:

Photoshop. Gimp.
And search in the App Store for photo stitch. Heard there is a coupl of good ones fo iPad, but never looked into it.- I'll respond to a couple of comments from above.
You are not rating fairly.. You are rating it if you like the person or not.
Sure, rs876 has been spamming, but his town is great.
rs876 is one of the few names I recognize and I like him (or her). Nonetheless, his (or her) town only had one house surrounded by water so that deserves an F.I know this is just your opinion, but you really don't want to get people upset if their grade was low.
I agree. Try to focus on the top grades. If your score is low you can always resubmit and try to improve.I don't want to be graded as I've still got a ton to do. I just want to see some amazing towns. Almost all of my friends have put little to no effort into their town planning and layout.
That is the reason this thread was created. EA provides no way to see 'amazing towns' and separate them from those that put in little to no effort. There are much better ways to do something like this, if you want to be inclusive and keep people from getting upset; let people vote on judges, establish and post the criteria/grading system, allow people to submit their towns on their own so people are not upset (based on my assumption from reading other posts that many did not ask to be graded.) Unfortunately, EA does not provide a way to do this easily and I have not thought of a better way. I am open to suggestions. So who made you the be all and end all of this game?
Nobody. Just a small team of people trying to provide a method for evaluating the best Springfields.
