It's a task in the game but you dont see him paddle anyone, unfortunately. Or is it fortunate??

Ahhhh, I love that, Jasper is one of my favourite characters in the game, I just wish he had more outdoor tasks :)
It would of been awesome to see his 24hr task outdoors
