The Mods do really great work on here. They should really add Just Stamp The Ticket Guy and Shifty-Eyed Dog as a nod to the mods. Also, they'd be pretty cool characters to have in SF.

Speaking of the Egg Council Guy. They should at least give him a few Stonecutter tasks, one at the Power Plant where he spies & at least one outdoor task. Heck, it could even be the one where he falls on his back & gets up when you tap him.

At this point, he can be a Friend Point Prize and I'll be happy as long as he actually has tasks.
