kang and Homer joint task

Was actually going to make a thread on this as well. Totally want to keep this as a task after the event.

    Homer had a task in 2012 where he ran away in terror from the Evil Krusty Doll. It was great. I would have loved for then to keep that one and I always hope they bring it back permanently.

    When does this task start? My homer is just on the donut torture machine atm. So he isnt free.

    As soon as the first quest of phase 2 ends (send kang in the brown house for 24h to speak with the commando).
