Kang & Kodos joint task Glitch

OK, confirmed I can enable the glitch a third time. Kang and Kodos finished their Protein String task so I tapped them. Then straight away clicked the quick select character icon and set a task. Kodos stays trapped in the Victorian UFO while Kang is on a new task.

Then leaving Springfield say to Krustyland, then returning to Springfield 315XP and $1233 is dropped. Every time. As long as Kang is on a task and Kodos is trapped in the UFO.

Even when completely exiting the game and getting back the XP and cash is dropped. Not something I really need to exploit though being Lvl38 and having $22mil in the bank.

Hmm......I've had the problem (one of the aliens seemed to be missing) before but I didn't realize I could get money and XP over and over again.

Yup, that's a glitch. My Kodos doesn't stay stuck to the UFO.

Definitely repeatable for me. Set them on the 10 hour task again over night, received the update, tapped to end their task then quickly tapped the character icon and set another task. Kodos trapped again and cash and Xp given when returning to the town.

Weird it happens to me and doesn't happen for you guys.

I just tried it and it didn't work. Maybe it's a device-based thing? I'm using iOS.

Could be, maybe it depends on what you have in your town, or just a bug in my town? I'm on Android, 2012 Nexus 7.

I'm also on a Nexus, so it must just be your town.

I got it to work this morning, and not only that, my game crashed. I went back in and it's still working. My friend finder doesn't work properly while the cash is there, but I am collecting money going back and forth to KL or my friends list. I was afraid I'd have to sit there doing nothing but collecting or lose it entirely, so yay. It's not a ton of money, but it is pretty to do. It adds up quickly.
