Yup, it's on the friends page. When you bring up the page with all the town of your friends, you'll see the Freind Point counter in the lower left corner. You can also tap the trophy icon to see what prizes there are (collected and uncollected) and again, how many points are needed for the next prize.
I'm currently about 2500 away from getting the KBBL radio tower, so hopefully I'll have it by Monday or Tuesday at latest.
