KEM farming advice (AKA Mysterious PM thread)

Whats been the most expensive bottom strip of land released so far? I see you guys saying to save 10mill but i remember from another thread someone threw out that it cost 18mill for a strip of land a few events back (or maybe end of last year). Where they blowing that out of proportion?

I still havent bought all the bottom strips of land yet and last one seemed to run me 5ish million
