- it was a questline involving the guitar central. if you didnt buy it you can't finish that. you haven't missed anything else.
- On the regular questline what is the following build after that? Cant figure it out as I have about 5 others to build as of now. But toots is done.

the Police station is the only other level 17 building
the next non character building is for level 18 which is skips diner which is suppose to unlock after the miranda rights questline- At level 25 right now still have skips diner, krusty shuttle, second squid port building and post office. Lol. Toots and retirement home just finished this morning.
