Any thing with "limited time" on it will disappear when the event is taken down. So the cash decorations will also disappear with it. Anything without that label stays to be purchased at any time. There are times where content is added during a holiday update, but remains after the event is over. Occasionally missed prizes will be available for donuts after the event (hasn't happened recently), or next year for donuts. So if you want it free this year, then best to complete the event.
