I read folks couldn't get it to increase here.. - I started that thread about it not increasing, I know that it does increase, it just seems that the guard rails, plants benches don't add very much towards getting a star. I have about 50 gates, several plants and a few benches butit took building a tent thing (pavilion tent I think it is, 300tickets) until Ifinally got one star in kitsch.
