I actually didn't think it was really a bug, or I would have posted it in bugs. I assumed everyone had it, I thought it was a kind of joke. It's not the usual kind of thing I'd associate with a bug. It doesn't affect the game play (other than missing out on a few tickets if it's really supposed to payout every 24 hours - but who uses Krustyland so much that a few tickets really matter...?)
