Kwik-E-Marts are relatively cheap to build and provide a high amount of XP with a fairly short 4 hour build time if you have the XP Collider turned on. By building multiple Kwik-E-Marts, collecting the XP when they're done, selling the ones you build, and starting the process over again as often as you can, it's easy to advance to Level 939 and then continue to accumulate donuts through the bonus boxes every 1,000,000 XP. To answer the OP's question, no EA will not ban you because everything you're doing is within the structure of the game as it has been designed to be played.
