I thought the same thing, but as mwdalton said, she is probably wearing it under her robe. Either that, or she just forgot it, what with all the excitement of slightly more silverly fringes and all. :lol:

All the upgrades, for those not in the know, help you earn more for their tasks during the event. I love the little descriptions you get when you upgrade, too. :)
