You just have to press the ? in the corner AFTER you "win", then press the left arrow....it will either be the exact same item you already had, which will seem like it's not working, or it will be a different item. If it didn't change then you have to press ? again, etc. That's the secret part is trying that again and again and again for like ever until it changes.
