To get them to "pose" near the mansion, I had to store it, then place it with the door right where I wanted them to go, then I had to select Legs, because if I selected Louie, they would move to the street and I wanted them on the grass. Then I moved the mansion back to its original spot and replaced all the trees I had to move to make room for it. It was quite a bit of work, actually, and I haven't tried again lately.
