Then it really isn't a Halloween event, is it? It's any other event that we get throughout the year. I think a better solution would be a mixture of both traditional and non traditional, which is usually what TSTO does.
Am I the only person that doesn't use SKINS? I think they are fun during an event, but then I never really use them much anymore.
I'd rather have characters and NPCs.

4th of july will always be 4th of July on the 4th, much like Halloween will always be Halloween even with no costumes.

So lard Lad wrecking the donut store or honest John totalling the computer store instead of a giant npc walking around, I say this cause EA prefers the easy way, otherwise I'm all for giant NPC s.
As long as its a three act event I wouldn't mind trick or treating, as long as it isn't the main focus ya know?
