Am I alone that have the feeling that JML ultimate is pretty much useless right now?In arenas, JML lead is less good than JKR lead. Unfortunately, JML ultimate is almost impossible to activate if he isn’t leader. When you use him as a leader, when it’s time to activate ultimate, the battle is almost over. In PVE, JKL is best leader for JML in TBLS. When he is leader got sometimes oneshoted by droideka. Now with the separatist battle assault. In tier 3, JMl lead even with activated ultimate is crushed in 2/8. I put JKL lead and got through this tier pretty much easily. But, no ultimate JML! Let’s clarify what I’m saying. I love JML and his kit. It’s more about the feeling that actually his ultimate is not a real ultimate. What do you think?

And to make this super powerful, as a GL should be, let's give him permataunt. Let's test drive this bad boy. Man, that's crazy powerful, even if it's just a 2 turns thing. Ok let's forget about that. He's still a tank, but damage immunity is gone, more balanced this way. Let's test some more. Ok, it works ! But wait... so when the old dude uses Astral Projection, he's still here and can be damaged ? Screw it, the kit is balanced, I call that a win."

I always use him against slkr. Normally with JKR, hyoda, ezra and jkl. I never have the time to activate ultimate. Slkr die very fast. Sometimes in gac i don’t even put jkr in doing 4 v 5. Against non GL, no ultimate too...

With JML lead you don't need JKR nor JKL against Kylo, saving them for another strong jedi team. With GMY, Bastilla, Hyoda and Shaakti you can use the special from his leadership with nice side effects and have some healing. It's enough to get the job done against your nephew, however it costs some banners.

No, I was asking about the 2 game modes that were not listed, but are pretty relevant to the player base.

Only when I need two jedi teams that aren't GR locked, I do a JKL lead and JML lead. It might only be phase 1 though lol.

JKL lead is of course 100% better.

It’s correct, it’s actually the only way I use him as a leader. But the problems still exist, his ultimate do not add something to JML kit...
